News From The International Office
Summer is here and the Camp Meeting activities have begun. This will be a busy summer for everyone because of the General Assembly in August. The International Evangelism and Home Missions Department has just completed two very successful conferences. In March, the Pastors and Prison Workers Conference was held in Cleveland. Our speakers, Richard Skinner, Ronnie Brock, and Jimmy Campbell, preached under the anointing of the Holy Spirit and many were blessed around the altars. In April, we had over 1,400 senior adults at the Smoky Mountain Jubilee in Gatlinburg. There was exciting worship, outstanding National Senior Talent Competition, food, and fellowship. We were blessed by the singing of The Hoppers and by the powerful preaching of Dr. Ray H. Hughes, Sr. and Bishop Jonathan Ramsey. Dr. Bill Sheeks and Judi Moore provided classes on Wednesday morning. Read more about these two conferences under the appropriate tabs of our website. Thank you for your continued support of Evangelism and Home Missions as we labor for the "Harvest of the 21st Century" together.

Evangelism News from Southern Ohio
Bishop Scott Skeens reported two new works in his last newsletter. He wrote, "In January... the Lord spoke to Pastor Steve Warnock about starting a Church of God in Winchester, Ohio. On April 27th, the Winchester Community Church of God was established with twenty-two in attendance to celebrate the new work." Bishop Skeens presented Steve and Teresa Warnock a certificate for their labor of love in Southern Ohio. It was also reported of the desire Pastor Elmer Buck, at the age of seventy, had to start a church plant in West Alexandria, Ohio. In January of 2006 Brother Buck started meeting in a cafeteria of a school which was no longer in operation. A long-time dream was realized when the New Beginning Church of God was organized on April 27, 2008 with nineteen charter members.
We praise God for growth in Southern Ohio and Bishop Skeens requests prayer for God's blessing to be upon these two new works. May God add to their fellowship daily.
